- • A
seed lawn is most
economical to install but requires a couple of seasons to become
established. Newly installed lawns can only tolerate low traffic usage
for the first couple of months after installation.
- • A
sod lawn provides an
instantly mature lawn, but is more expensive to install. For the first
2-3 weeks after installation, to allow the lawn to become established,
there should only be light foot traffic.
A quality-installed lawn adds to the value of your
home and increases enjoyment of your yard. For new lawns, a follow-up
fertilization program is highly recommended for new lawns. To learn more, please click either of the links
